Qays H. Zu’bi is the Chairman of Zu’bi & Partners, Attorneys & Legal Consultants Bahraini Partnership Company. A licensed Bahraini lawyer before the Courts of Cassation and constitutional and a licensed legal consultant in Dubai, UAE. He is experienced in a wide range of corporate, banking and regulatory matters, among others.

Qays H. Zu’bi, a graduate of Duke University, USA, and the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. Qays commenced his legal career in Bahrain in 1981 as a Partner in Hatim S. Zu’bi & Partners. He then established his own legal practice and associated his office with the renowned international law firms of White & Case LLP, and Clifford Chance LLP.

Qays’ positions include: qualified litigator, and certified arbitrator and mediator in Bahrain; (GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre); Legal Consultant, and qualified to appear before the DIFC courts in Dubai UAE; President, American Chamber of Commerce in Bahrain (AmCham); Member, International Bar Association; Member, Law Society of England & Wales (International Division); Board Member, Bahrain Japan Business & Friendship Society; Board Member, Junior Achievement International (InJaz Bahrain); Board Member, AIESEC Bahrain; Former Honorary Consul of Canada to Bahrain for 15 years.
