A PhD researcher at Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt and a lawyer with over nineteen (19) years of legal experience in providing specialized legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts of all kinds, and handling all types of cases before courts of all levels and jurisdictions.

It possesses extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal support to individuals and companies, including company formation in all its legal forms, preparation of organizational structures, internal regulations, and legal governance, in addition to legally representing companies and handling their daily legal affairs as an accredited legal agent for a number of companies and institutions.

She is a certified arbitrator who participates in numerous disputes within legal frameworks and arbitration agreements, in addition to her expertise in managing and settling disputes in a way that achieves justice and preserves the rights of the parties with the highest levels of professionalism and impartiality.

She previously worked as a lecturer at the University of Bahrain and has held the position of lecturer at the Kingdom University since 2023. She is also a member of the Advisory Board at the Kingdom University, through which she contributes to the development of academic programs. She participates in periodic meetings, conducts field visits, and provides advisory opinions.

She presented and delivered numerous lectures, courses, and workshops in various councils, institutions, and bodies, in the legal and social fields, focusing on spreading legal awareness, enabling individuals to know their rights and duties, and promoting legal culture in society in a manner that combines academic depth with practical experience.

It is distinguished by its ability to perform accurate legal analysis and draft legal memoranda and regulations with high professionalism, while adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, building trust-based relationships with its individual and corporate clients, and providing practical and sustainable legal solutions that comply with applicable regulations and laws.

It also combines academic expertise with practical application and constantly strives to develop itself scientifically and professionally, keeping pace with legislative and judicial developments, which positively impacts the quality of legal services provided

She also authored and published a number of specialized legal books and publications that dealt with contemporary legal topics of practical and scientific importance, and through them she contributed to enriching the legal library, supporting legal researchers and practitioners, and linking the academic aspect with practical application.
