Dr Hassan Ali Radhi, the senior partner of Hassan Radhi & Associates, obtained an LLB from University of Mohammed V Rabat in Morocco, and a PhD in law (thesis: “The Bahrain Judicial System – A Historical and Analytical Study”) from the University of London.
Hassan Ali Radhi was admitted to the Bahraini Bar as an attorney and legal consultant in 1974, and the Kuwait Bar in 1983. He is licensed to practise in the courts of Bahrain, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He practises in the courts of Bahrain in various areas, such as banking and finance, corporate and commercial, insurance, maritime and contract law. He is licensed before all degrees of courts including the Supreme Court in the Sultanate of Oman, and he is also licensed as a foreign legal consultant by the Supreme Court in Texas, USA. He is an ex-resident associate of the former law office of Coudert Brothers/New York. He practises in domestic and international arbitration as arbitrator or counsel, including international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, DIFC- LCIA, DIAC, GCC Arbitration Centre and ICDR-AAA.
