With over 27 years’ experience in the fields of Legal, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Parliamentary affairs, Diplomacy, Politics, Leadership and Governmental affairs, Ali Al Aradi is the founder of Ali Al Aradi Law Firm (Attorneys & Legal Consultants). He is also the founder and Managing Director of Capital Impact S.P.C (Business & Legal Consultancy Firm). Ali Al Aradi has a BA in Law from the university of Damascus and a Master of Engineering from the George Washington University.
He has held a number of executive and advisory roles for legislative, commercial, semi-governmental and governmental organisations in the Kingdom of Bahrain including Member of the Shura Council and former First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives.
He is a current and former member of local, regional, and international organizations serving in different fields which include United Nations agencies, inter-parliamentary unions, arbitration, mediation, humanitarian, and human rights.

Ali Al Aradi has served as; Chief Registrar and Deputy CEO for the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, Advisor for the Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs, Advisor for the Minister of Culture and information, Advisor for the Minister of Information, and Legal and Coordination Advisor for the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.

He is a former diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain and a certified trainer who has conducted training programs in the fields of Mediation, Arbitration, Negotiation, Human Rights, and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the following: Judicial & Legal Studies institute, Bahrain chamber for Dispute resolution, American Bar Association, American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute resolutions, Asian Mediation Association, Unites States Commercial Law Development Programme, and other various organisations.
He is also a certified mediator and arbitrator by the Ministry of Justice, GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The International Association of Lawyers, The American Bar Association, The American Arbitration Association, The International Bar Association, The Asian Mediation Association, The Asian Pacific Mediation Forum, and other organisations.
