Dr Hassan Ali Radhi, PhD, is the Founder and Senior Partner of Hassan Radhi & Associates, the exclusive Lex Mundi member firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Admitted to the Bahraini Bar in 1974 and the Kuwait Bar in 1983, he is licensed to practice before all Bahrain courts, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.

He advises on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution, and is active in domestic and international arbitration as both counsel and arbitrator, including proceedings under leading institutional rules such as the ICC and LCIA. Dr Radhi is an ex-resident associate of the former Coudert Brothers (New York), a member of the New York City Bar Association, and a registered arbitrator with the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), Singapore. He is also certified to practice the laws of Bahrain in Texas as a Foreign Legal Consultant (not licensed in Texas).

He holds an LLB from Mohammed V University, Rabat, and a PhD in Law from the University of London, where his research examined “The Bahrain Judicial System”. He has also contributed to the profession through teaching and publications, and is consistently recognized by leading international legal directories, including Chambers and Partners and IFLR1000, for his longstanding work in Bahrain’s legal market.
