SAAD AL DOSERI
Saad Al Doseri is the founding partner of Al Doseri Law, a leading Bahraini law firm established in 2018. He is widely regarded as one of Bahrain’s foremost practitioners in international arbitration and complex dispute resolution, with over a decade of experience advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Saad’s practice focuses on cross-border disputes, high-stakes commercial and civil litigation, banking and finance, white-collar criminal defense, corporate and commercial law, and strategic employment matters. He regularly acts as lead counsel in high-value arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, and the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR). He is also frequently appointed as mediator in multi-million-dollar disputes involving sophisticated commercial parties.
In May 2025, Saad secured a landmark victory in Bahrain’s first international commercial dispute conducted entirely in English, a precedent-setting case that has had a significant impact on the Kingdom’s international litigation framework. He appears regularly before all levels of the Bahraini courts, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court, and has achieved notable success in recovering substantial assets for clients.
Saad holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool and is a prolific author and speaker on arbitration and dispute resolution in Bahrain. His recent work includes coauthoring an in-depth analysis of Bahrain’s Stablecoin Issuance and Offering (SIO) Framework, highlighting the Kingdom’s leadership in digital asset regulation.
He is a Qualified Sole Mediator and Arbitrator registered with the Ministry of Justice, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the International Bar Association, serves on the Legal Affairs Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is an instructor at the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute (JLSI)
